Need to post a message on teams from the excel sheet about shift schedule

So I have created an Excel sheet that holds my team shift schedule for the month. So I need to post a message every 9hours as the shift changes. It needs to have the names of the shift members and their particular shifts. As soon as shift 1 is over the next message which is going to be about the shift 2 team should be shown first and the shift 1 details should be reordered to the last of the message as it is no longer useful for the day. Do you know if this is automated using workflow?I have attached a excel sheet of my shift schedule
Thank you guys.

Yes this is possible, however I would recommend moving your shift schedule into a different format. If you're posting on Teams already, why not use Lists? I would design your list to have 'Date' (datetime), 'Shift' (Shift 1, Shift 2, Shift 3, PL, Off), 'Person' (people picker). Then you can group the list by date and order by Shifts so that you can see every day who is on Shift 1,2,3 and who is Off and PL easily.

Your Power Automate flow should then be able to easily query the list for the current day and run on a schedule on the specified shift times.  Say if run time is 11am, query the list for today's date, shift 2. Then post that result on the teams channel of all the People who match that criteria. Should make your management of the data and querying it much easier.

Here is what it would look like when you've created the list on the team. All you need is 3 columns added, then group by the date.  Here is how to create a list:

Here is the column definitions and how to group by Date.

Your Power Automate flow would then query by date, then on the specified run times, add the condition of Shift 1, Shift 2 or Shift 3.

Hope this helps!

Thank you Ivan for the the solution.
if possible can you give me a sample list with the date shift and person which would help me do it faster

Hey Ivan,

Could you help me with a task with multiple people assigned to shifts in our Excel sheet? Transitioning to a list format seems challenging, so I'm exploring options using Excel and Power Automate directly. Could you help me set up conditions in Power Automate to manage shift assignments without migrating to a list? Your expertise in this area would be invaluable.

Looking forward to your guidance,
