Planner task to To-Do task no due date passing

Hi I'm using the Planner task to Microsoft To-Do task template from Microsoft. I've attached a screenshot of my flow. It creates the task just fine, but does not pass the due date or reminder date that's in Planner over to the To-Do task. So I end up with the task in To-Do, but not due date or reminder date. I'm using the dynamic content "value Due Date Time". Thanks in advance!

HI @VictorL ,

Thanks for feedback.

The issue could be confirmed on my side.

It seems that flow doesn’t the date from Planner to To-Do task.

I will help report it and back to you later.

Best regards,

Mabel

I am having a similar problem where the task is being created with no due date or reminder. This previously worked fine before. I've noticed it not working in the past week. The flow should create a task with a due date 1 day after the creation date and reminder 23 hours after. I'm using the expression "addDays(utcNow(), 1)" to enable this. The flow also fails to trigger correctly if using the MS task creation connector.

Thanks for reporting it. Will be great to see it working correctly!

I am having the same issue with creating a Task/To-Do based on an email trigger. The date was passing up until about a week ago, then it stopped. Looking forward to this being fixed!

Same for me. Also, 'Reminder Date-Time' is not passed anymore.

From the Run History of two flows that ran 'successfully', it shows:

Current (failed)  flow

Inputs:

Due Date

2019-04-02T11:08:33.5590206Z

Outputs:

- (no heading for due date)

Earlier, this was done correctly:

Inputs:

Due Date

2019-03-19T09:23:27.1338992Z

Outputs:

Due Date

2019-03-19T00:00:00

Hi Mabel Mao,

I can confirm that I'm also experiencing the same problem! Do you have anything new to report about it?

Dear Mabel,

Thank you for looking into this issue!

Integration of Teams and To-Do is crucial for my workflow, which I achieve through flow.

A recent change in To-Do or flow caused this misbehaviour. I hope that it can be solved quickly.

I really start missing out on important issues from Teams that used to show up automatically in To-Do. Flow is great, but I must be able to rely on it. Else, it's worthless.

@v-yamao-msftdo you have any updates?

I can confirm that it's working again.

Thanks a lot.

I also am seeing thiis behavior from To-Do.

The update does not seem to have fixed this error for me.  Is there something that I need to manually update in order for the fix to work?

@v-yamao-msft @Harry2  I'm still not seeing the update working. I've used it at least 10 times since it the fix was applied and it's still now working. Do we have to rebuild the workflow to get it working? Thanks!

I changed nothing, it just worked again. Check your flow Run History (click on 'Add a to-do' and scroll down)

Old situation (clearly no due date is visible in 'outputs')

After the update, I see the due date appearing again:

So to me it appears that it is working again. In my example I use a link between Office 365 Outlook and To-Do.

Good luck!

Great that someone share this.

I had issued with my Flow of passing Reminder/Due Date, but in the context of Outlook Tasks MSA aka To-Do Personal.

I would give it a try later, to see whether Due Date will be okay for To-Do Business.

Would someone also try check for Outlook Tasks MSA?

Thanks!
