Power Automate to send data from an MS Form with the option of multiple attachments

I have an existing Form with an option to allow a user to upload up to 3 files, however uploads are not required to submit the form.  I have a Flow that will send me the contents of the submission along with the hyperlinks in the body of the email if images are uploaded or not.  Is it possible to create a Flow that will send the uploaded images as attachments, if any are uploaded, along with the data from the form?  The hyperlink is OK, however if I have a need to forward that email to someone outside our organization, I feel it would be easier if the images were just native attachments.

So is there a need to append to your example so the form data submitted will be sent via email regardless file uploads?

You would just need to add a Condition so the array of files isn't created if no files have been uploaded.

Since being introduced to Power Automate just last month, a great deal of this is difficult for me to understand.  Seems like this would be a useful tool for Microsoft to already have pre-defined templates.  I will continue to attempt to get your first example to work corrected before attempting to add a condition if uploads are present.

There are quite a few templates available, but I don't think there is one for this specific situation.

Step 3 states I need to run the flow, however since the Schema box is empty, the flow cannot be saved or tested.  What am I missing?

Just add {} as the schema and it will run.

Got that part to work.  Now just need to understand adding a condition to send the form responses regardless of whether uploads are present.

Just add the condition just before the loop where you process the attachments to append them to the attachment Array.  If there are no attachments then don't add them using the loop. Then when you send the email the attachments array will either be populated or empty.  Either way should work for the email at that point.  If you post a screenshot I can be a bit more specific about exactly what goes inside the condition.

No, that looks about right.

I plan to share this form via Teams.  Do you feel there is any benefit of moving the form to a Team?  Does that change the image repository therefore requiring the flow to be updated?

The flow will be triggered based on the GUID of the form. If you embed the form in a Tab in Teams that won't change the GUID so the flow won't need updating. If you recreate the form in Teams then yes the flow will need to be revised.
