Power Automate would send monthly tasks list for current month on 1st of month.

How we can send monthly task list to a particular person. 

1. Task list are not same for every month. they are different.

You'll have a recurrence trigger as your starting point, set to 1 month.

The rest is going to depend on where these tasks are stored, if it's a SharePoint list for example you would use

Get items action - to get the items from SharePoint

Create html table action - to format the items from the previous action

Send email action - with the output from create html table in the body

If it's coming from MS Planner, there are templates that you could look at/amend - 

Create a daily summary of Planner Tasks by Bucket is one that might be useful and can be changed to suit.

I have done this using Lists with the flow below.

I do not see how you can use a word document to to generate a list of tasks, excel or lists maybe better.

The above basically would send out a list of tasks three weeks before the start of the next month to a team of people reminding them what needs to be undertaken.  As and when tasks are added this will take affect for that month next year as this is not dependent on year.  It has two columns, Month and Description. 

If this something that would work for you I would be happy to send you the template of the above. 

But if you want help, you need to provide a lot more description as both @CraigStewart had no idea you had your task list in Word.
