Power app and automate issue

Hello,

We need an advice from you. The below is done through PowerApps, PowerAutomate and SharePoint list.

We have an app (form) created by PowerApps and linked with SharePoint list.

Whenever the form is submitted, a new item is created in the SharePoint list

We have then created a flow through PowerAutomate to get the created item in SharePoint list and to create different set of actions

This is working fine with us, but what are struggling to do is the following:

1. When the form is submitted, we want a star rating to be displayed to get the feedback from the end user. How can we link the feedback with the created item in SharePoint? We believe this will need "return" of information from SharePoint or from PowerAutomate flow

2. When the form is submitted, we want the end user to see the request number. This request number is being created in the PowerAutomate flow by initializing variables. We believe this will need "return" of information from PowerAutomate flow.

The flow starts with "when an item is created", because we found issues to start with PowerApps trigger as we couldn't get the attachment and the data at the same times, so we decided to have the trigger as "when an item is created"

Please check this issue and let us know how to resolve it.

If you need to get the information returned by Flow in a App, then the trigger of this flow must be PowerApps.

You can get the ID of the record you just submitted through the last submit(FormName.LastSubmit.ID) property of the from control, and then pass this ID to Flow through PowerApps trigger, so that your Flow can also find the corresponding record

If you need to get the last submit record form your SP list,you could try.

Lookup(YourDataSource,Id=FormName.LastSubmit.ID)
