Preventing all Form responses in an array from populating Sharepoint

I've created a flow that creates an array from a set of Form responses. (I needed to do it this way because I want each response to create its own Item in a Sharepoint list).
The Form has 40 questions, but the problem is that 40 Sharepoint items are being created every time the form is submitted, even if only one or two of the questions on my Form are answered. Then I need to go back and delete the empty rows in my Sharepoint list.

Is there any way to create items only from the form responses that aren't empty?

Could you please post a screenshot of your flow? Most likely you need to add an IF condition to check the response whether its empty or not before adding to SharePoint.

Here's what I've got so far. I'm using the delimiter '_' because I've created a second flow that will separate the 2 types of information (Individual and Cover Sheet Type) into 2 separate columns in Sharepoint.

I have a similar issue where the form has cascading menus. Because of that only one answer from each menu is needed. Hence is it possible to remove or ignore all the empty answers and append the correct answer to the relevant question? I was going to start a new thread but this seems a similar question.

Can't you use an IF condition to check whether the answer is blank then skip the Create Item.

Thank you for your help. I was trying the "IF" condition but was not using it in an expression but as a control. I now have it working using the "IF" statement in Compose.

I have tried this condition and I don't get errors, but I'm still getting a Sharepoint item created for every question in my Form. Could it be that because I have a delimiter in my outputs, none of them are satisfying the No condition?

In your IF condition use the length() expression of compose 2 output is greater > 0 or not?

You can't check the whole row items believe that will be lots of hiphens (-) in your case so then length will be more than one. What you need to do is pick one of the response value to determine the length.

I tried that and still can't get it to work. No matter what condition I create, I end up with either no Sharepoint items created, or 40 Sharepoint items are created (1 for every question in my form).
I'm wondering if this keeps happening because the Create Item action I'm adding after the condition includes dynamic content pulled from the array I've created in an earlier step.
