Problem regarding attaching more than 2 links in the approval.

Hello everyone, currently, I have implemented a leave notification system using Power Automate. The flow is as follows:

1. There is a Forms submission with the attachment of 5 files (uploaded one at a time because when multiple files are uploaded at once, the links in Excel don't get separated into different rows).
2. After submission, the response is stored.
3. An email is sent, awaiting approval of the leave request.
4. It starts and waits for an approval, going to the HR department.
5. After approval, an email is sent back, and the data is updated in Excel to indicate whether it's approved or rejected.

The issues we encountered are:

1. In the 'Start and wait for an approval' section, in the 'Item Link,' we can't attach more than one link.
2. When we tried to edit and put the links from the submitted Forms in the 'Detail' section, we found that the Outputs in Microsoft Teams showed an Approval Alert with a structure like this: [{"name":"Leave Document_1.jpg","link":"https://(Sharepoint Link)","id":"013ZMWAKG4LYTLTJ27LFF262LJW7UKB7N3","type":null,"size":488058,"referenceId":"013ZMWAKAG5CARRKSJBRFLITUYUR7PUV54","driveId":"b!fEs3rnMyVkmTfcGmbpdzaQ4AHjI9OEVCvHkRuVKmG8RrlnhD_jC3QrYOH5j01nF0","status":1,"uploadSessionUrl":null}] In reality, this is a problem
   3. How can we resolve the issue of attaching multiple document links (using Teams Approval as the main method)?"

Note: The translation assumes that "Teams Approval" refers to Microsoft Teams' approval feature. If it's a different tool, please adjust accordingly.

Pls use below expression to get the links from JSON array:

Below expression needs to be added in the expression box:

join(xpath(xml(json(concat('{"root":{"item":',body('Get_response_details')?['rca65ac01b82f4df5ad0da612eae33528'],'}}'))),'//link//text()'),'<br>')

Pls replace id of the actual field in the above expression.

I followed the instructions, and in Teams, it appears as a link successfully. A further question: Can I add a link description to the link that comes out in the output, for example, 'Supporting Document_1'?

You need to discard my previous reply and start again.

Pls follow the below instructions to get the link with title in teams message.

1. Add Select action just above "Post message in a chat or channel" action:

Expression used in "From" parameter:

json(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/rca65ac01b82f4df5ad0da612eae33528'])

pls replace field id with actual one in the above expression.

Expression used for "Map" parameter:

{
"Link" : "<a href=\"@{item()?['link']}\">@{item()?['name']}</a>"
}

2. Finally, add an expression to add document links in the team message body:

join(xpath(xml(json(concat('{"root":{"item":',body('Select'),'}}'))),'//Link//text()'),'<br>')

Thank you for your suggestions. My solution may differ slightly from the recommendations, as I used 'Start and wait for an approval' to directly send data for an Approval Alert in Teams. From the code snippet you provided:

I can use the output from Teams Approval directly as a link immediately. However, I'm facing an issue where the links tend to be quite long, especially when attaching more than 2 document links.

Regarding your latest suggestions, I'm concerned that I might not be implementing them correctly. Could you please provide additional guidance?
