so on 

Using scheduled flow ("Recurrence" trigger) which will run daily and read the JobID and if list status field got two entries (Main & Backup) for the JobID, then send email notification. After sending email notification for any vacancy status Main as selected candidate - also I need to  update list item row with one hidden flag column which will indicate that email is already sent for the vacancy ID so that it will avoid sending emails next day for same JobID.also I need to determine candidates who were not selected for each JobID if status is empty and volunteer field  value is Yes 

So we have to assess that candidates are selected based on the status column is Main or backup based and volunteer column is Yes and if we need to choose candidates who were notselected based on when status is blank and volunteer column is Yes

So my query is we need to send email to candidates who were selected i.e. status Main and volunteer is Yes and another notification is that those candidates who were not selected where status is empty and volunteer is Yes

So far so good.  Have you already added a field "email sent" for each JobID?  In fact, do you have  a separate list with JobIDs?

I have only one list hrlist where I have my jobid and email sent should be part of this hrlist and email sent field is used to prevent infinite loop  for the same job id email triggers

I would recommend you create separate lists. One for jobs and one for job users.
