Hello,
I am fairly new with PowerAutomate, I am trying to create a flow that will trigger on at a recurring time, which will take the new rows added to the table that day, create an aggregated HTML Table (one table per advisor) and then send that HTML Table to the applicable client.
There could be 50 lines but of those 50 lines there are only 5 unique Advisors. I want to send 5 emails, not 50.
I was able to produce a flow which got me the email out with the HTML table but the table was everything not just specific to that client, this is the part I need assistance with.

The Email looks like this currently, which is good format wise, but I want Advisor 1 to only get the lines that are for them.

The only difference is the data source, but the logic is same. You may need to modify the columns as per your need.

Thank you, that is helpful but, I think I am just missing something, I don't know where to put in the extra steps?
on my current flow do I need to add select then an additional initialize variable after list rows present in table?
I am definitely missing a key connector here, the email is still sending out the entire list.
I have updated the flow to look like this, if you can hold my hand through this I would really appreciate it.
I tried using the FX Expression

but it fails the flow.

I was busy yesterday so couldn't respond 😥.
Here are the things which you need to modify to make your flow working as expected:
1. You don't need another "Apply to each loop", one at the end of the flow:
2. Both "Create HTML table" & "Compose table formatting style" actions should be dragged into the above loop i.e. "Apply to each" action.
3. Additionally, you need to send an email within the loop after grouping your data, prepare the html table and send it to the group. So, all those actions will be called inside the loop.
If you still face challenges in correcting the flow, then I would request you to pls upload the flow .zip package. I will try to modify & send it back 🙂

So this worked in the terms of I receive an email with only the specific lines, however now only 2 columns have details.
HTML Table looks like this:
It is all mapped in Select 2?
I was able to find the issue, the Excel file I have used has spaces the flow had no spaces in the Select 2 step!
