Send alert when a text in email is found in a sharepoint list

Hi,

I'm building a flow to send a message in teams to users for tenders they're working on, when we receive an email for that tender; and I'm having some problems to match email to the right item in the list:

- I've got a sharepoint list for all our public tenders, with fields "title" (for the tender number) and "gcservicios" with the user working on that tender.

- When we receive an email in an specified folder, I want to find in subject or body the "title", and then send a message in teams to the user specified in "gcservicios" field

- I've tried differents ways, but I copy the one i feel is the closest, because when I filter manually the value the flow works fine!

For example I've got this item in the list, with title "123456":

I may receive an email in a selected folder that contais "123456" in subject or in body.

I've built a variable "Expediente" in which I have both subject and body text:

I've opted out some emails from an account I'm not interested, and for the rest I get the items of the list:

Up to this point everything works fine. The issue is with the Filter Query, that doesn't get any results. A peek of the code:

And then the result, that is not achieved because the filter query doesn't get any item:

As i said before, if I filter the get items like this the flow works fine!

I've also tried without filtering the items: I get all items and built a condition whenever subject or body contains "Title", or whenever "Expediente" contains "Title" (I've tried both). This also works when I filter manually the get items to "123456", but doesn't work when none filter is set in get items. So I feel I must filter the items before setting the condition, but I can't figure out how.

Hi,

Forget it, I've found the issue! I didn't know get items was limited to 100 items, so the item I was looking for didn't showed up, only when I filtered it. I've changed the limitations.

Now when I got all the items, I can filter later on conditions, and I don't really need to filter the query.
