Sending an email that contains information created within the flow

Hi

I have created a flow that updates an Excel table when a form is submitted. The person submitting is then sent an email confirmation.

The Excel table uses the data submitted to create a unique reference number. I want the email confirmation to include this reference number, but if I try to create an email that contains values from the excel table, the flow fails. It only accepts data from the form.

I could create a separate flow - but this seems clumsy, and I havent worked out how to only send an email to the person who updated the last row, not to everyone who has entered data.

use Get Response Details action after trigger- When  a new response is submitted. After that use Add a row into table action.

Thanks Hardesh - the problem is that the information I need wont be created until after the 'add a row in a table' step. But even if I add 'get row details' after this step, the flow will only accept data from the 'get response details' step (i.e. data from the form, not from the excel table.)

To get data from excel table you need Action- "List row present in a table" . This action will give you all rows present in a excel table.

This is my imagination of your flow -

1. When a new response is submitted.

2. Get response details.

3. Add a row into a table.

4.List row present in a table.

5. Now you have latest data from excel.

Thanks again - I'm sure i tried that, but clearly not as it works now! i had to put in a condition to make sure it only sent an email to the latest submission, but works fine now. Thanks.
