Sending email with a filter data table

Good afternoon,

I have the following power automate flow in which I collect my data from power bi, then I want to filter that matrix so that it only takes them when a certain field is equal to 1 and then generate an HTML table with only those that meet that condition and send it by mail.
I attach images.

However, what it is doing is sending me mails for all of them and it sends me an email for each return instead of joining everything in the table.

Hi @Celia92 ,

Because your Send Email Action is placed in Apply to Each Action, and each cycle will send a mail.
If you just want to send an email containing all the screened data, you don't need to use Apply to Each.

I take the email from a Power BI field, when you do that you automatically get the "Apply to each" and if you try to remove it, everything will be deleted.

If your Fliter Array Action uses the output of your selection action. When writing conditions, you need a handwriting formula instead of using the options in dynamic content.
Usually it is item ()? ['Your Column name'].
Same in HTML TABLE.

The problem is that I have the filter and it is fine but when I send the email I want to group by email and send a table for each different one.

The pink circle should be the DISTINCT emails (but it is not possible, because if I select in another step the DISTINCT emails, they are not linked to your data).

Does your pink circle come from your filter array?
If it is, it will not contain the email address, because the data filtered by your filter array is the output of your select action, and your select only has two columns (studen, course). In the filter array, you can directly use the data obtained in BI data. Finally, if you want to create an HTML table for each filtered item, you can write a custom HTML table in compose.

I want to do something like this:

the left side is the data and the right side should be the two (three or as many as you need) emails.

I have done this:

As you can see, 6 emails will be generated according to the data instead of 2, one for each different email.
