Struggling with a flow

New to power automate and not great at IT generally.

Trying to automate completed forms between shared mailboxes using V2 e-mails to get responses. Can build a flow that does that easily but really struggling creating a flow when I have branched questions in my form.

Asked a few times but no suggestions/responses  so far. 

I have attached screen shots of my flow ( two screen shots) showing condition plus theactual flow 

Couple of issues:-

1. When I run my flow I am getting 3 e-mail responses. All different.

2. When I test down either flow is seems to pull answers from the no flow, even though I have not actually ticked no in the  form.

First you should delete all of those extra rows in your condition. I don't even know how you got them in there without values. But it has a lot of blanks asking if it is equal to No. So delete those blanks in the Condition.

Dealing with the Branched questions will be difficult because you have to make the flow work with questions being skipped or no value.

Thanks for your response.

I have removed the blank no(s) in my condition. Didnt realise I had them in there.

Just re run my flow. When answers are all yes it works properly.

However when I select no its going wrong.   

Below is a V2 e-mail response to a test flow selection 1 no. I selected no for the "Has the student engaged with their schedule.

3) Programme student will study next year: Drama

4) ( Branched question) Has/is the student engaged with their scheduled learning, teaching and assessment activities in line with their published timetable and/or term date:No

Please provide  an outline as to why course is not available/suitable for this student and any other options that the department would recommend for this student. - This should not be here as I have selected  - Yes to the question  so it should not branch to this question. 

If the department believe that repeating the year may not be the best outcome for this student please briefly outline your reasons below:She is ok

I am not an It person and to be honest its amazing i have got this far on my own. Can easily automate forms when there are no branched questions and can get the type  of e-mail responses we need but really struggling with branched questions. Are there ant simple resources available that teach this aspect. Have watched videos but cant find any that use the V2 e-mail as a model
