Subscribing to multiple Office 365 Groups Mail "groups"

Description
We currently have an MS Power Flow set up to "subscribe/trigger" to any incoming emails on a specific Outlooks Groups mailbox (which dynamically gets created from the context of another power flow that listens to a certain "Groups" table within the MS DataVerse setup ). Upon triggering, the flow captures the email participant details and proceeds to insert a "log"/copy of email details for all the members of the specified group

This works well for a statically set group. However, the requirement is for us to be able "watch" all user-created mail groups and execute the same flow logic if an email arrives at any one of them. (ie being able to "subscribe" to a list of mail groups within the environment and execute the flow accordingly). The above-mentioned built-in MS connector only allows triggering for one group at a time, thus each time a group is added to the system, the flow would need to be manually duplicated and set to the relevant group. Also when a group is deleted, The flow subscribing to that group would also have to be manually disabled/removed

From online research/investigation attempts there doesn't seem to be an available connector that supports this (yet).

Custom connector/trigger

Also when looking into custom connector/trigger creation, only Webhooks and Polling act as options and would most likely not enable the specific type of "subscription" that is required

Using MS Graph API

Another investigation point was to write a custom application that looks at the subscription mechanism of the Microsoft Graph API (which contains most a MS tenants' data entities)

However, as per the documentation, again only a "specific" group's changes can be subscribed to (which would have to be dynamically added/removed) and the list of resources available to subscribe to only includes MS Teams Conversation changes in a 365 group, and not necessarily group emails/outlook conversations

Programmatically duplicating the base flow

Another "possible" workaround is to trigger a flow on the addition of a new group to "programmatically" add a copy of the existing flow that works for a single Outlook Group Mailbox and then just "substitute" the relevant group id with an input parameter. This approach would only work for new groups being added and means there is going to be a Power Flow for each group in the system (currently at 195) and will grow with the application lifespan. This could run into performance issues of the PowerPlatfrom tenant and possibly prove costly for the client

Conclusion
Any additional assistance on the above-mentioned/considered workarounds would be greatly appreciated from anyone with a different perspective or perhaps some more advanced understanding of the MS 365 and PowerFlow eco-system. There is no clear-cut solution yet and possibilities are still under investigation

create a single scheduled flow that scans all groups and creates the CRC of members data and save these CRCs as a JSON array.

Next time the flow is running it will compare the saved CRC with the current one to check if something changed.
