Trigger a flow when a SharePoint list item field is updated.

Good Day,

Is there currently a way to trigger a flow a field has changed within a SharePoint list item? For example, I have an "Observation Status" column in a SharePoint list. I need a flow to trigger when the value of that column changes from "2-Reviewed" to "3-Open". Thanks for any help!!

Thank you! I haven't tested your solution yet but I can see how it should work. Why did MS provide a trigger for a create an item but not for modifying an item separately? Oh well, at least there is a workaround.

The workaround is to check the created and modified date are same or not.

I think this solution will work for me and I'm excited to try it out!! I'm not a programmer and I'm new to flows, how do you set the two columns (ColumnOriginal and ColumnNow) as equal at the end of the flow?

Place your cursor under the IF condition and see the right side you can see the Dynamic Content. Select the dynamic fields from here.

Hey abm, 

So I've already set it up to send a trigger email if the ColumnOriginal is not equal to ColumnNow. Then I choose, the "Update an Item" action. My ColumnOriginal is "O-DF Essentials Training Date" and my ColumnNow is "DF Essentials training date" (without the O). When I do the following in screenshot below I get an error that there may be an infinite # of loops, but it seems to work. I'm wondering if there is another way I should do it? Basically I want to set "O-DF Essentials Training Date" to be "DF Essentials training date".
