Trouble building html and sending email

I am building a flow to go through each record in my Dataverse set, limit to only the open jobs and then run a condition that if a job date meets a certain criteria add that record to an html table and e-mail it to the appropriate contact.

The record retrieval works fine.

The condition to check for empty records seems to work fine.

When I add a new action at the bottom of the flow I expected to be able to insert the HTML table built from my flow into an e-mail but it isn't available in the dynamic expression menu.

Help?

You need to restructure your flow as below:

1. Initialize an array variable at the top level in your flow

2. Inside your apply to each -> Set a compose data operation and construct a JSON like object with the values you want to pass in your look and then Append to array Variable action and pass the outputs of the Compose Data Operation

3. Move the create HTML step outside your apply to each loop and pass the append to array variable action to it.

4. Use the output from Create HTML action into your email

Also another easier idea is to apply the filtration directly on Get rows by using ODATA filter or fetchXML and in this case you can directly use the output from your Get Rows into Create HTML Table

I like this.  If I use the ODATA filter .... I want to run through the data 3 or 4 different times and build several tables, then past them into an e-mail.

I tried the ODATA filter method just now and built a table and that worked.  How could I do this for different conditions and then paste all of these tables into an e-mail in 1 flow?

Aren't you able to construct these different conditions in a single query?

No, I want to have a query for all opens orders that are within a certain date range.  Then another query for all open orders that are in a different date range but not ready for production.  Possible more queries that have different conditions.  Then I want to put the results of these queries into an e-mail.

My thought was build an html table for each one and then paste each html table into an e-mail but I don't understand how to do the flow.  The data is the same set of data (All open orders) but I extract records from this data depending on criteria.  The email is a summary email to the sales reps with the different statuses of their orders.

I would then suggest that you do 3 Get Rows Queries and then do a Union between them and use the output of the Union operation as an input to create HTML Table.
