When a new email arrives (V3)

Hello, I have a flow that when an email arrives it will automatically get the attachments and save it on my SharePoint library. The flow is working fine and smoothly when the "To" condition is within my email but when I am trying it to my colleague's email which is "Karen" as shown below, THE PROBLEM IS THAT MY FLOW WON'T TRIGGER USING HER/OTHERS EMAIL. Please help me ASAP what is the problem.

@dazzle13 Are you trying to create this flow for your colleague Karen? Or are you trying to filter emails that are to you AND Karen?

Hi @dazzle13 ,

If only the user named "Karen" can receive the email, then the trigger needs to be linked with the user's credentials.

I am just trying it with our emails before creating a new email for the flow. That is why I need to make sure that it works before creating a new one such as an invoice email which receives the invoices from my company.

Oh yes it totally worked thank you, so you need to add a connection first before making it work. Now I know.

I have the same issue but in my case the email is a shared email Like a AD email like this "quality.plbqadocuments@xyzcompany.com".
I am the One who requested for this email in my Company and the IT team provided it and I'm the owner of this email now.
What can I do in this case  so that I can use the connector by putting the above email in "To"

Sure, Here it is
I tried using the Connector by putting this email (quality.plbqadocuments@xyzcompany.com) in "To" field of the connector and when an email is received it is not Triggered.

I Think I am facing an issue with using a shared email, specifically an Active Directory email like "quality.plbqadocuments@xyzcompany.com". I requested this email from my company's IT team and was granted ownership of it.
I did not get any login credentials to it but in order to use the trigger I need to Login with this email.
Is there anyway that I can do it without logging in or
What steps can I take to utilize this email in the connector, allowing me to put the above email address in the "To" field?
