automatic email response for a multiple criteria in subject's client email

I have an automatic response flow to emails (Outlook) from clients that contain the words “aport” or “incentiv” in the subject. Until now I only responded to emails with the current year's data , but now I need to respond to the year's data that the client requests.

The data is in a folder in OneDrive where there is an Excel workbook for each year, for example, within the “Data” folder I have a workbook “2024.xlsx” for the data of 2024, “2023.xlsx” for the data of 2023 and “2022.xlsx” for 2022 data.

Each book has the fields

Customer name, customer code, email, purchase amount and year

I would need a flow that allows me to send a response email with the data for the year requested by the client, taking into account that, in the subject of the email that the client sends me, it contains the words "aport" or incentiv" and the year for which the client requests the information

I created the excel sheet by passing the data from an access table to excel. I upload the Excel book that I create for each year to OneDrive to the "Data" folder.

My question is when you create the excel sheet do you create a table inside your worksheet? Believe you are using the same table name for all the worksheets. Is that correct?

In the video I miss how to compose the response email that is automatically sent when receiving the client's information request.
The response email should have text such as:
Dear "client name",:
In response to his request, he reported that the amount of purchases corresponded to the year "year", was "purchase amount"

Add a compose and add the below text

Dear "client name",:
In response to his request, he reported that the amount of purchases corresponded to the year "year", was "purchase amount"
Greetings

Substitute values from your Excel sheet. Not sure you want to filter the record in your Excel sheet.

Finally map the compose output in your Email action step under email body.
