copy filenames from sharepoint to Excel list

Hello,

I want to add a rows in an Excel list, when a file is created in sharepoint.

The problem is, that the folder names get copied as well.

The files are in many subfolders, but only files needs to be added to the Excel list. 

Do you have any ideas to fix this?

Hi @Enrico1109 

You can use lastindexof() on / to detect the last occurence of / and then use substring() to define the starting point of the substring from the path you have.

I cannot change the name in Englisch but I can translate it.

Trigger: When a file is created (only properties)

Action: Add a row to a table

Do you need the Output from the Trigger or the Action Input?

If I add an file in a folder it needs to be added in a Excel table.

Lets say I have a mainfolder. In this folder every new created file needs to be added in an excel table.

If I create another folder in the main folder with more files in it, then only the files (. docx .xls) needs to be added in the table.

Right now all the files and folders in the main folders get added in the excel table.
