eMail listing of library meta data with filter

I have a SharePoint Library of accounts payable invoices that includes meta data indicating the person responsible for approval.  When the invoice is added to the library, I mark the status to "new".  Every weekday, I'd like to create a flow that emails each person a list of all "new" invoices needing their approval.  I know how to create a flow that would generage an email for each invoice but unsure how I can batch all invoices should there be more than one needing approval.  How can this be done?

Could you please show more details about your SharePoint library?

Do you want to send email notification to all person who are responsible for approval within a single email?

I have created a SharePoint library on my side and the data structure of it as below:

Note: The Status column is a Single line of text type column, the Approver column is a Person or Group type column.

I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:

• Add a Recurrence trigger, Interval set to 1 and Frequency set to Day.
• Add a Variables-> "Initialize variable" action, Name set to ApproverArray, Type set to Array and Value set to empty.
• Add a Variables-> "Initialize variable 2" action, Name set to FinalApprovers, Type set to String and Value set to empty.
• Add a "Get files (properties only)" action, specify Site Address and Library Name. Filter Query field set to following formula:

Status eq 'New'

• Add a "Apply to each" action, input parameter set to output of "Get files (properties only)" action. Within "Apply to each" action, add a "Append to array variable" action, Name choose ApproverArray, Value set to following formula:

item()?['Approver']?['Email']

• Under "Apply to each" action, add a "Compose" action, Inputs field set to following formula:

union(variables('ApproverArray'),variables('ApproverArray'))

• Add a "Apply to each 2" action, input parameter set to output of "Compose" action. Within "Apply to each 2" action, add a "Compose 2" action, Inputs field set to following formula:

concat(item(),';',variables('FinalApprovers'))

Add a "Set variable" action, Name set to FinalApprovers, Value set to output of the "Compose 2" action.

• Under "Apply to each 2" action, add a "Send an email" action, To field set to FinalApprovers variable.

Really apprecaite the detailed steps.  Applied them but it returns an error on "Append to array variable"  

BadRequest.  The value cannot be null.  The action type 'AppendtoArryVariable' only uspports values of types 'Float, Integer, String, Boolean, Object'.

All items have the Approver field completed so I'm at a loss on how to correct.
