email subject format condition

when new email arrives with below subject format

Examples:

i)subject-Correct is what i mean is that it should have the below dynamic values country\customer\contractnumber\Type\Region\department in the email subject seperated by \

Email Template //Sample

Subject: Country: Kenya\Customer: client1\Contract Number: 43291\Type: Renewed\Region: Washington\Department: Sharepoint

ii)subject-incorrect format is what i mean is that which is not having these country,customer,contractnumber,Type,Region,department with proper format seperated by \ or it may contains different subject other than this above format so something different subject texts

i need to check a condition if the subject is in correct or incorrect format so how to put a condition for the above scenario for correct or incorrect.

if correct then i have to send email and if not correct then i export email and create file in document library

You have more than 1 of these email asks, and I love that you are separating all your questions, truly I do, its super nice.

Only if you put multiple email ones out in different places, its just causing confusing as to what you really need.

Questions:

1. Does the Subject Have { } in it?

2. This looks to be JSON that got turned into a String to be the subject?

3. Meaning that the \ actually now exists in the string, where it didn't in the JSON, is that correct?

On your other thread, you wanted to know how to parse (a part of the email), when a piece is missing and its just spaces.

How do these 2 relate? Also please make sure to mark when answered, I don't keep answering if people don't do that, its not fair to use us for help and not at least recognize it.

No, Im asking how to check condition for my subject in the below format, so i just told json for overall idea etc. that's it and i need to understand how to check condition for the below subject under the scenarios

Solution:

if you want to check that the Subject is on the Particular format or not.

Format:

For example: Kenya\TCS\1234\Renewed\Washington\Finance.

As we know, most emails we receive do not have '\' in the subject.

If you need to confirm that you haven't received this type of email, you can use the following solution:

Solution:

You can split the subject based on "" and check in the if condition that if the length of the array is 6, then it is a valid subject.

I know that it not that much Feasible solution. You can try this. If you need anything, please reply on this.
