Assuming the following things

The excel file would have these 2 columns 

One maturity date whc=ich stands for due date and email ID 

Now the flow should be designed like below.

Also note that flow should run in scheduled manner, ie the flow type should be Scheduled flow.

1. Create a recurrance flow

2. Use list rows action to list all rows in the table 

3. Use apply to each to loop through each row in table.

Next steps would be explained what is done in the loop.

Step 3.1. use condition to check whether the maturity due date is 2 days after current date (i hope that's what you want)

Expression:  div(sub(ticks(items('Apply_to_each')?['Maturity Date']),ticks(utcNow())),864000000000)

This expression computes the differenc b/w current date and maturity date in terms of days and see whether the difference is equal to 2 days, If yes, send an email to reminder the person using email id present in Email column.

So the flow currently designed will be checking the excel sheet and sends reminder email to those whose due date is 2 days after current date. 

I hope you can scheduled flow on day basis (running per day )

This is the error message
