Hello together,
Iam very new in power automate and create a workflow that runs every 5 second and if someone modified the Status of the List to Yes Power Automate have to send a mail. Unfortunately, Power Automate says that the flow was successful, but only because the number of loops has expired. However, it still does not trigger if the field is set to Yes. I think it could be due to string but unfortunately I have no idea about it.

You can add a condition to your "When an item is created" trigger so that it will only trigger the flow if Status PM Value is equal to Yes. This will should also simplify the rest of your flow:
Two sample trigger conditions are given below, depending on column type the for Status PM Value:
So if Status PM Value is of type string try something like:
@equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/StatusPMValue'],'Yes')
The condition is case sensitive, 'yes' will not trigger the flow!.
Or if Status PM Value is of type Yes/No (check box):
@equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/StatusPMValue'],true)
This can also be shortened to @triggerOutputs()?['body/StatusPMValue']
A point to note is that the trigger condition must use the "internal SharePoint" name of your field, not its display name. So, although the display name of my field is "Status PM Value", its internal name in my SharePoint list is StatusPMValue. You can find the internal name in the column settings screen; it can be found at the end of the page URL:

I have another question.
Yesterday I tried to change the columns of a form. Sharepoint has tilted the entire form level into landscape format. Actually, I had it so that I added a new element that I can make the entries on the right in a list. Now I always get the landscape format, where the order is not correct. How can I get the original list?

We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
