shifts email

I have agent schedules running from Friday 5:30pm for 7 days.

I have a flow that runs every Friday at 9am.

It gets start time today and end time (today +2 days (because listing teams shifts returns null if anything less)).

The "List all Shifts in a team has the team that contains the shift and filters by the start/end dates

For Each (which should be 1) it uses office 365 to match user ID to user name (because teams returns null for user name even though api exists). I then build an email that goes to all agents and in the body it displays the current new agent.

I would like to take this further and also grab the previous agent and tag them in the same email.

So i think i need two branches:

Branch one(new agent) filters same as above today+2 days

Branch two(prev agent) filters date by previous 4-2 days

But then I need to merge them back into 1 email and take both results in different parts of the email body.

Now while typing this and gathering the email to show what I have currently I realized that I am getting all shifts in 1 team.

This 1 teams actually has 2 shift groups. 2nd shift group is adhoc scheduling and not used often but if it is, i am going to end up getting 2 emails 1 for primary group scheduled contact and 1 for adhoc scheduled contact. I dont want that. So may need a way to completely re-write this.

Any thoughts?

I think i resolved it.

first I added group filter at the start so i dont get the adhoc group

I added an initialize variable before the two "for each"

Then set the veriable in the end of the two "for each"

This allows me to get the two variables as needed within the email body.

If anyone has a cleaner way to tighten the time grabs it would be appreciated.
