I test it in my side , in Power Bi desktop i also get the empty table when i open the power app..
This is the reason it will not recognizing "Comments" in your side. Can you try to publish your report to service and create the Power App visual in Power BI Service to try it?

According to your description, you are using the Power App visual in Power BI. And you have put the ‘PowerBIIntegration.Data’ in the Gallery -items , but it have not recognizing "Comments" field in your side.
You need to check :
(1)If you have put the Comments field in the power app visual's fields.2
(2) You need to check if your ‘PowerBIIntegration.Data’ get the data from Power Apps in your Power Apps.
You can try to move your mouse to this whole code in your Gallert -items:
You need to check if the "Conmments" column exist here!
If there is not data , you can try to re-go into the Power Apps from Power BI .
In Power BI report edit mode --> click "..." ---> click "Edit" of the power app visual and wait for some minutes to open the Power Apps:

In the picture, that formula alone gives me an error.
So it seems there is no data.
Am I doing something wrong with sending the PBI data to the power app? I followed these instructions

So you need to check you put the wrong field in your Power BI.
In Power Bi , it has a context relationship , you need to check if you create the right relationship in your Powerbi first.
You can try to move this field to a table to show if there it can get the data:
If it can get the Table , you can try to re-create your Power App visual and your app in your side.

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
