Attendance System for check in & check out

Dear All PowerApps Dev.

I am looking for someone can help me to build an attendance system using PowerApps, I'm really need help for this apps that will make all progress run smoothly.
Function Required:-

• Have a list all staff,
• Every morning each staff will click check in to represent the staff arrive in certain time and date, when time to go back the staff will check out in certain time and date,
• Every thing need to be recorded,
• For staff with no check in and check out for that day means the staff was absense,
• Admin can monitor all staff IN and OUT everyday.

You could use some of the ideas in this app I built for Checking In and Checking Out that we used around Covid-19. There's a brief look at the admin app nearer the end of the video...

• Have a list all staff = You could create your own list in SharePoint or perhaps better, use the Office365Users.SearchUser connector to search AD rather than maintaining a SharePoint list
• Every morning each staff will click check in to represent the staff arrive in certain time and date, when time to go back the staff will check out in certain time and date = staff can manually check in, as well as checking in via QR codes that we posted at office doors. 
• Every thing need to be recorded = The staff member name / check in time (and many other pieces of detail) is logged to a sharepoint list
• For staff with no check in and check out for that day means the staff was absense = Daily PowerAutomate flow could perform a quick lookup over a list of all staff and against "todays" check in list - if there isn't a match then that means the person was absent (or didn't check in)
• Admin can monitor all staff IN and OUT everyday. = Via an admin app that reads data from the 'CheckIns' SharePoint list

Hi,

Another question; how about calculation working hours within different time slots?

for example

day 8:00-17:59

night  18:00-23.59

If I work overtime from 17:58 till 18.02 I would have a result of 2 minutes DAY and 2 minutes EVENING?

Ummm this is kinda challenge for me as well, but no worries Mr @WarrenBelz will help you out in this problem of yours.

We have developed something similar but much more basic based on the New York State Requirements.  I'd love to have a look at some of the other features you implemented.

Hi,i have tried using the above formula for creating check in and check out for one user multiple times , my check in button is working fine but the check out button is not working , kindly help
