Automatic Email Sent to User after 6 Months of Creation Date

Hi,

I have an application in which everyone creates Project information for a client Like this:


Every user's email is recorded who ever creates a Project Record and they enter a Project Creation Date.

I want to automatically email that User after 6 Months of Project Creation Date (which is like 184 Days after the Project Creation Date) of that user.

I am confused if the user have 2 records which record will be sent in the email... I am stuck in creating the flow.

Any Help

Left Side Formula in Condition 

formatDateTime(item()?['ProjectCreationDate'], 'dd/MM/yyyy')

Right Side Formula in Condtion

formatDateTime(addDays(item()['ProjectCreationDate'], 184 ,'dd/MM/yyyy'))

Is there any mistake in the expression or Flow ?

Okay. So, in the email you have to put the fields that you want to send. Those fields you will get by GetItens block (the block you used to get the email, for example)

I have done exactly the same.

But still my flow is not working as Expected

I want to email the user from the SharePoint list email column who has created a Project Record.

if he has selected Project Create Date like 4 August 2021 so after 6 Months So, In Feburary 4th 2022.

The user should get an email of his Project Details.

Lets rebuild the flow.

1.Recurrence

2. Get Itens of Projects

3.Condition -> DateDiff(Now(), Created) 

If yes, 

4. Send Email
To: Created By
Subject: Project Name
Body: ...

Is this, right?

The Flow should be like this

1.Recurrence

2. Get Items of Projects  

3.Condition ->  (if the Project Creation Date is Past 184 days after creation.)

If Yes, 

Email only That specific user Project record and whose project create date is past 184 days

4. Send Email
To: Created By
Subject: Project Name
Body: ...

Ok. Then, instead of making a condition like this: 

DateDiff(Now(), Created)  equals 184

Set a condition like this:

DateDiff(Now(), Created) > 184

But if it is bigger than 184 it wil send every day. In day 185, 186, 187, 188, 189.....

Sorry, But I am still confused 😞 

I just cant create this flow

I have created a Calculated Column for DateDifference

I have used (Today() - [ProjectCreateDate])

So, I have a Project Date on Today it shows 0
I have a project Date on 1 September it shows -28 days as per today comparison

So, Will the DateDifference reach 184? as per the comparison?

I created it for myself to check in balance if the date difference is 184 which is approximately 6 months

then  the user should get an email of its record
