Hi all,
I am assuming there's an easy fix for this but I can't spot it. I'm working on a Model Driven App within which there is a simple Business Process Flow. I've attempted to integrate a Cloud Flow (Instant) which will run as part of the BPF. However, the 'Run Flow' button within the BPF is greyed out and I've tried everything I can think of to resolve, including;
1. Publish all customisations,
2. Publish App,
3. Check Connections for the Flow,
4. Re-check the Flow to ensure there are no errors (within Flow Checker),
5. Re-check the BPF to ensure the Flow is still listed as an action to be called,
6. Full refresh on all the screens,
7. Ensured that all Mandatory fields on the BPF are populated,
8. Turn the Flow Off and turn the Flow On again.
Updates:
1. If helpful, this exists in an unmanaged solution.
2. I've tried creating a new Flow and linking it to the BPF with exactly the same outcome.
3. I've attached a new screenshot to confirm beyond doubt that the mandatory fields have been populated and that this makes no difference.
4. In case helpful the trigger is Dataverse, "When a flow step is run from a business process flow"
(5. This isn't a licencing issue, I'm licenced for Power Apps/Dataverse so have full access to this as a Premium Connector, etc).
I've now split the Flow step out to a new stage in the BPF and this has exposed the issue that it seems the BPF is not advancing to the next stage. An additional screenshot attached to show this. There are no conditions, or any other Stages/inputs etc. between the two Stages shown on the screenshot.
I am fairly new to BPFs so to make this simple I've just asked for one piece of data in that first stage of the BPF. I've provided that in the screenshot so I can't see any reason as to why the BPF has not progressed to the next stage. My suspicion is that this is the foundational issue here and it's unlikely at this point that the Flow is the cause of the problem but all feedback welcomed.
As always I've tried extensive Google searches before getting to the point of asking the community and haven't found anything helpful.

Thanks @gulshankhurana , I've rechecked and it was missing (for anyone reading this thread, in the modern UI, in the Model Driven App on the left rail choose 'Automation' and it should then be possible to add in any BPF and view if it's active or in active.
On the wider topic that was my original question I've now figured out the issue thanks to noticing the 'Next Stage' button was missing, then following more searching I found this thread which explained the new record has to be saved first before the BPF will run correctly, showing the 'Next Stage' button. (In other words, Create New > Save, then on that new saved record the BPF will run).
I've now gone ahead and deactivated the original BPF and made a brand new one, Validated, Saved, Activated, and now it shows up in the Form, but won't show up in the App! There are aspects of the Model Driven Apps which seem extremely 'flaky' and time inefficient compared to Canvas.
If anyone can help wrt Business Process Flows and the context above I'd really appreciate it, thank you.

We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
