Based On Selected Year And Selected Month Number get sunday's dates for that month

Hi 

I am trying to build app that collect collection based on selected year and selected month to get weekend (sunday dates only )

Please help me to get all the sunday dates for the selcted month

You can achieve this by using the following code (e.g. in the Items property of another dropdown). I have added some inline comments to further clarify what the code does.

 Adjust the drpYear and drpMonth to the actual names of your dropdowns. In my case the dropdowns was a list of numbers. Should you have stored the year and month values as text, you might have to enclose the drpName.Selected.Value with a Value() function: Value(drpYear.Selected.Value)

in this process I am getting Only days Not full dates . I want full date list in collection . so that i can send to the power Automate for some calculations .

In that case we will need to make a small adjustment to the code. The following part of my code should be replaced:

//Only show if Sunday
ThisRecord.Value

With:

//Only show if Sunday
Date(
    drpYear.Selected.Value,
    drpMonth.Selected.Value,
    ThisRecord.Value
)

 This is preferred if you want to supply it to a Power Automate flow as a Date field.

Should you want to style the date format, you can extend it with the Text() function but the date will now be seen as a text / string field:

Text(
    Date(
        drpYear.Selected.Value,
        drpMonth.Selected.Value,
        ThisRecord.Value
        ),
    "dd/mm/yyyy"
)

Collecting the data is done by enclosing the With() with a ClearCollect. You can use this code on a button, Onvisible of a screen or the OnChange of your year/month dropdowns... The complete solution would look as follows:

You can send this collection to a Power Automate flow as an input parameter. Create a flow with a PowerApps trigger and ask Power Apps for a parameter. 

Your code to run the flow via the app would be:

FlowName.Run(JSON(colSundays))

In order to read the data properly within your flow, you will need a Parse JSON action that reads the input data.
