Hello, how are you?

I am creating an application and there are questions that are answered as YES or NO. If the answer is NO, a text box must be opened so that the respondent can write a justification. However, this text box must be hidden and only opened when the respondent selects NO. If possible, I would like to request assistance to find out how to include this text box in Power Apps. Thank you in advance.

An approach you can take is to add a text box per NO answer and set a variable within the Visible property of each box. Then, in the OnSelect property for each NO answer, set the variable to false. Ex: Set(varTextResponse, true)

After that, you can add an icon or button to submit the Text Box answer, store the input into a variable, and then in the OnSelect property set the varTextResponse variable to false. Ex: Set(varTextResponse, false)

Could you please tell me that how you answer with Yes/No? Using Checkbox or ComboBox?

The key is the way you answer. If you have Checkbox with TrueText as Yes and FalseText as No, you could directly capture the answer by Checkbox.Value.

You just need to set the Text box Visible property as below:

Are you using a form for these questions?

Generally speaking, if your yes/no are in a drop-down you can add a text input control to the screen. Set the control to multiline so the user has plenty of room to type. In the visible property of the text input control put if([drop down name].selected.value = "No", true,false)

If your using a form this would work a little different
