Calculating sums from different screen

Hi All,

Not sure how possible this is, but on screen3 I have a dropdown, with choices 1-12, if a user selects 3 from the dropdown, i'd like the currency value found in DataCardValue10 on Screen 8 to be multiplied by 3 and the amount to appear in DataCardValue11, if 12 is chosen, then would need the value multiplied by 12, etc.

As the value in DataCardValue11 needs to use both the value in DataCardValue10 (they are both on the same screen), but also the dropdown in screen3 which is called "No.Required"

How possible is this please?

With the help of a variable, you can achieve that. For intance:
 Set(varValue,Dropdown.Selected.Value) ---if user select 3, the variable will store the value 3

Then in the DataCardValue10  on whatever screen put in the default:
   varValue * 3

Or

   varValue^2

Repeat same process for the others.

I'm not sure I follow entirely

creating the variable is ok, I've created on the OnHidden property of the screen that contains the dropdown

But on would on DataCardValue11 (Per item) - which is a currency field)) I need it to work out the total from DataCardValue10 currency field, and multiply it by whatever number is in the variable.

If I set the default of DatacardValue11 to:

varValue * 3 wont that just multiple the variable number, i.e. 2 items, by 3?
