Camera Control and Form

Hello Everyone,

I have an application in which I have to record payments which are sent to the customers,

So, I have a Form control and a Camera control, I want to save both of the information into a SharePoint Document library, because of the Picture control ( it can be saved in document library. ). I have a flow for the Camera control to save the taken picture into the document library, but I am having some problems

1) I am unable to save both the form details and its related camera picture with the same ID into Sharepoint.

2) The Camera isn't displaying in full screen to capture the picture.

Thanks, but I need little help I am using a Document Library for storing the information of my first scenario using the Microsoft Flow. So, for the 2nd Scenario I am doing a weird logic here, is that using a gallery showing all the invoices like this when user clicks on the button of Deposit from the Main Menu

when a user selects a invoice it will see another create form for Deposit information

On the Save button, I will run another flow and I will save all the form information along with deposit picture into a new Document Library for the final storage or complete record of a particular invoice.

can you guide if I can improve this or any changes, I don't think that this is the correct solution.

On the Invoice screen, with clicking the arrow button, you could set its OnSelect to create an update context:

Navigate(DepositScreen, None, {InvoiceNo: ThisItem.Number, Customer: ThisItem.Customer, Branch: ThisItem.Branch});ResetForm(DepositForm)

Then the Deposit Form's DataSource set to the Deposit list and DefaultMode to FormMode.New. The InvoiceNo DataCardValue's Default set to InvoiceNo which is the UpdateContext from Invoice Screen, Customer and Branch DataCardValues set as the same way.

Well, I need to save this deposit information into a new document library, because user will have to take the picture of deposit slip in deposit screen.. 

so, will my solution work what I have shared with you?

The Deposit Form is tied up with the new Document Library, with all the fields from the first Document Library (Invoices)

{InvoiceNo: ThisItem.Number, Customer: ThisItem.Customer, Branch: ThisItem.Branch} 

Those bold texts are my assuming Column Names of the Invoice list, change them to those in your list.

A little help,

I have the Invoice Flow (i.e payment Flow which have a Cheque Date Also) like this:


In PowerApp, when I create a new record and Press the Save Button:



it gives me some kind of Scheme Error of Date? What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Maybe there is a sequence mistake of parameters "Ask in PowerApps" I suppose, if sequence of parameters is correct, you could use the DateValue() function to convert a date string to a date value:

Well @v-jefferni ,

I fixed that flow issue of Date Column by using this:

Text(DataCardValue4.SelectedDate,"[$-en-US]yyyy-mm-dd")

and as I said, I will create those two lists and construct a structure of my workflow, I have done that and now I have to do some testing. So, I will ask your help if I need Thanks
