I am developing a model-driven app that uses the Dataverse tables behind Microsoft's Project for the Web. I am trying to edit the bookable resource form so that it contains a subgrid control to view all related resource assignment records. It will not allow me to select "Show related records". I've tried refreshing and creating the subgrid control again, but still not able to relate. To investigate, I looked at the bookable resource column's properties within the resource assignment table and I noticed it doesn't show a related table. It is locked so I can't change it. How can I view a bookable resource's related resource assignments within a bookable resource form?

Hi,
you need to add a One-Many relationship between the tables (if thats not already done).
You can do that by either add a Lookup-column from Bookable resource to the Resource assignment table (this will create the relationship automaticly)
Or you can add the relationship directly
Keep in mind that for the items to be related there need to be a referance (lookup) added on the item.

When I try to make a relationship "Bookable Resource" is not a table listed to relate to. The Bookable Resource table doesn't even show up under Tables > All in the Power App Make Homepage (make.powerapps.com). I know the table and relationship exists, Bookable Resources are assigned to tasks when using Project for the Web, however it seems as though I can't leverage this relationship in my model driven app.

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
