How come i can not open an app in the editor?
I have been able to open it many times and have built a great app... it works to run the app but for the last week i have not been able to open it.
It loads loads and loads... then complain of "cant connect to powerapps"
I try again and it fails again and again.
No error message, cant enter the app atall. So dont suggest i should change any settings in the app. I can not go to settings since i can´t open the application!!
I have had a support-ticket with Microsoft about this problem. But they could not help... they said i should give it some time.
But it have been a problem for me for over 6 months.
How to save my app so i can open it again and keep building on the app?
I have tried
* Exporting the app and re-uploading it.
* Going back to older versions. Works if i go months back but then i might aswell delete all my work and start over... And since this happens now and then, there are no garantee this wont happen with my new app.
* Logging in on different accounts in O365.
* Opening in Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge
* Working from three different computers
* Working on different networks
Other apps works fine to work on. But now i have one app that does not work atall to open.
Open a support call. I know there were some issues last week in certain regions, but I think those were all cleared up. You'll need support to check this out to get this resolved.
Support ticket and call are the same thing.
i think i might be on to something.
i think it might be a connection issue... can it be something on my end that blocks powerapps for some reason.
found this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/limits-and-config
my skills on this is very low tho.
but can i test or check if something is getting blocked when i try to connect to powerapps?
Found this Powershell script

So how to take next step. How to find out why i get test failed on some and Test OK on others?
Could this be the issue why i can not connect to my powerapps?
We are facing the same issue from a couple of days.
App was working fine in the Play mode and Edit mode till Nov 8th. But later when we published the App with few minor changes on Nov 8th, the App stopped working in Play mode and is not being open in Edit mode.
We noticed there was a powerapps release(3.19104.33) on Friday. Earlier versions of the App has(3.19103.28).
Does the release version have anything to with these issues?
Thanks,
Dileep
searching for any solution now.
i thouth i had one by finding problems with my firewall and anti-virus software
but it seems it still does not solve the issues.
terrible when customers miss products and there are no real answers from MS.
