Hi @Anonymous ,

Maybe you could try to check if you have selected the corresponding environment?

In addition, you could try to clear your browser's cache or choose another browsers.

If your problem is still not solved, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

Hi,

Im facing similar issue. Only model Driven apps are visible in my Environment list.
I have cleared cashe (Ctr+Shift+R), I have used Incognito mode, Im sure Im in my company Environment. Still I cant see my canvas app even though I can launch it on my mobile but not on my PC. Is it connection (VPN) that drives an issue?

Hi,

I am also having similar issue, can only see Model-driven apps, changed environments.

If anyone have any idea, please update on this thread.

Thanks

same strange issue here. Only able to see and edit my model-driven Apps. Canvas Apps not shown and not editable/shareable since 29.05.2023.

If your canvas app is not appearing in the list of apps, it could be due to a few reasons. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and ensure that your canvas app is accessible for further editing:

  1. Verify App Ownership: Make sure that you are the owner of the canvas app. Only the app owner can see and edit the app in the Apps list. You can check the app ownership by going to the Power Apps portal, selecting the "Apps" tab, and locating your app. If you are not the owner, you may need to contact the app owner or request access from them.

  2. Check Environment Permissions: Ensure that you have appropriate permissions within the environment where the canvas app is located. If you do not have sufficient permissions, you may not see the app in the Apps list. Contact your Power Apps administrator to verify your permissions or request the necessary access.

  3. Verify Publish Status: Confirm that the canvas app has been published successfully. Sometimes, if an app is not published, it may not appear in the Apps list. To check the publish status, go to the Power Apps Studio, select the "File" menu, and click on "Save" and then "Publish". Once the app is published, it should be available in the Apps list.

  4. Refresh the Apps List: If you recently published or updated the canvas app, it might take some time for it to appear in the Apps list. Try refreshing the page or closing and reopening the Power Apps portal to see if the app shows up.

If you have verified the above steps and still cannot see your canvas app in the Apps list, it is recommended to reach out to your Power Apps administrator or IT support for further assistance. They can help investigate any potential issues with app visibility or permissions within your organization's Power Apps environment.

Did this ever get resolved for anyone?? I have not been able to see my canvas apps in weeks in any of my client's environments. I escalated it to one of my client's IT partners and they also could not see any canvas app, when their organization regularly uses them.

This is a major issue and contacting Microsoft to try and get it resolved is futile.

HI All,

I have contacted Microsoft Support and they suggested that we have company access policy and Firewall rules blocking certain URL's. As suggested, I have added and updated acess policies with updated URL and everything working now. would suggest checking access policy and firewall rules or do screenshare with Microsoft support, they will get network trace and will help you with blocked URl's List.

Please Like if you find this as solution.

Thanks

Hello,

I'm also facing the same issue, I was about to make it live after testing.
But suddenly one day it disappeared from my library.

When I checked to open via its link that I had, it says that the APP is not to be found.
The application 'aefxxxd-114f-xx1-9xxaf-5xxxxxxaa0' could not be found in the tenant '9xxxxx6-xxd-4xxx0-xxxxxf-xxxxxxxxxx'

Appreciate if anyone has any clue on this ?
