Create No-checkin view in canvas app?

Hi,

 I created one attendance app. and data source is SharePoint list. In that screen contains the views like all records,last month records,no check in views.

based on user selected dropdown value.i.e user select all records show all user records,user select no checkin view-user able to see who are not login today.

can you provide code for gallery items to get views as per user select dropdown.

Could you please tell me that what do you mean by "user select no checkin view-user able to see who are not login today"?

First of all, Power Apps does not support to access to the SharePoint views.

However, we could filter data based on different conditions to represent different views.

I assume that no checkin view user means the records created by the users who are not the current user.

1). Add a dropdown control like ComboBox, populate the Items property with the following formula:

["All Records","Last Month Records","No Check in Views"]

2). Set the Items property of the Gallwey as below:

Switch(ComboBox.Selected.Value, 
       "", List,   
       ​"Last Month Records",Filter(List,Month(Created)=Month(Today())-1),
       "No Check in Views",Filter(List, !('Created By'.Email=User().Email))

 Thank you for responding.

  I created views in canvas app and Gallery Items  I wtritten below code. but when user select no checkin view.

it's not working. My requirement is various users in sharepoint list those are not login  today, that records show in no checkin view.

 Please find below code for reference and provide correct code if any errors in below code.

Gallery Items-For All records and last month record views.......

So, you want to filter records that the 'Check in' column is blank for today?

Could you please tell me that:

1). why you have different dropdown controls to select different views?

2). what do you mena by "Email=office365 users"?

By the way, we don't use the If() and Switch() at the same time, please modify your formula as below:

If you want to filter records when the 'Check in' is blank for today, you just need to filter based on 'Check in' and today.

 I created 3 views , They are Current week views and last month views,No-checkin views.

 But this screen requirement is dropdown only required last month views and no-checkin views . and another is to show all records, for all records didn't create any view. managed with two different dropdowns.

but getting error while show the no checkin view.

can you provide all views in single collection is possible?

I think I have posted the solution in my first reply, please check it one more time, you just need to add your other condition to my formula.

Have you checked the solution I provided before to filter based on no checkin view?

Please do answer the questions I asked before if my solution does not work on your side.

 I tried as per above mentioned model only one view working,when use select all records show  all records, only this view working remaining two views last month views and no-check's  views are not  working.

I shared my code below.

Hi @Powerappsuser11,

Actually, I am not sure how you configure your data source.

Here is something I want to confirm with you:

1). Is the Date column a date only column in your SP list?

2). If you just want to filter records in last month, have you tried my filter way as below?

Is it necessary for you to use a start date and end date to filter the records?

I think we just need to filter the records with the current month -1 so that we get records in last month:

Filter(List,Month(Date)=Month(Today())-1)
