Create a testing app based on the data in the table in a particular file

Hello everyone,
I'm pretty new to the amazing PowerApps,
So I would like your help 🙂
I have a table built by country, product name, date and customer number
I would like to know how to create an app that gives me the option to select the desired country, in the product name according to the country I have chosen,
On the date according to the country and the name of the product I chose and then a list of all the customer numbers according to the three choices will appear below me,
Next to each customer number will be a removable list of: good, normal and bad
The user must select the options next to each customer number and finally click on Finish and then it is send to me in one table, Or it will be automatically saved in a specific excel file
I am attaching a picture that will be more understandable

I'll respond with just enough information to get you started. You can approach this app in several different ways, but here are some basics from which you can do some searches on here.

This functionality:

is probably going to be a set of dependent drop-downs. Frequently, the Items property for the first dropdown is populated using the Distinct() function that pulls unique values from a column in your table. In your case, the Country column.

This functionality:

is probably going to be a gallery that has been filtered with Filter() based on your dependent dropdowns. Again, a quick search will reveal lots of examples of this in the community forum.

I don't understand what you want to do with this piece of UI, so I won't comment on that right now:

I recommend getting the first two pieces working before you tackle what you want to do with this one.

My biggest recommendation: Don't use Excel as the data source for this app. You want to work with dates and there are a long string of posts on the forum from frustrated users trying to get Excel to work well with dates. A Sharepoint List is a far better data source and just as easy to use.

Filter and distinct function and with a combination of the gallery definitely helped me in the first stage,
My question - How is it possible to save both the drop down lists and all the items in the gallery in the share point list at the click of a button?

There are two main ways to save records back to data sources in Power Apps:

1. Using form controls and the SubmitForm() function
2. Using the Patch() function

I know little about your app and data structure at this point, so it's tough to say which one fits your situation best. However, working with form controls in Power Apps often offers app makers the most functionality for working with data sources.
