Date Picker is showing error

Hi Team,

I have an urgent delivery, I have two date pickers Start Date and End Date and a + icon to add the details of the employees like line manager, name, emp id start and end date. The data is getting stored in a Collection named as Col_Emp_Details and the values is displayed in a gallery Gal_Emp_Details. I have added the codes in + icon but it's showing error as (Incomaptiable type) i don't know why.  This is my code which i have written on + icon - 

Set(

    Var_Res_Name,

    Text(Gal_Emp_Details.Selected.'Resource Name')

);

Set(

    Var_Emp_ID,

    Text(Gal_Emp_Details.Selected.'Employee ID')

);

Set(

    Var_Line_Manager,

    Text(Gal_Emp_Details.Selected.'Line Manager')

);

Set(

    Var_Emp_Role,

    Text(Gal_Emp_Details.Selected.Role)

);

Set(

    Var_Emp_Skill,

    Text(Gal_Emp_Details.Selected.Skill)

);

Set(

    Var_Start_Date,

    Gal_Emp_Details.Selected.'Start Date'

);

Set(

    Var_End_Date,

    Gal_Emp_Details.Selected.'End Date'

);

In the start and end date it's showing error. I'll attach the screen shpt of the error as well for everyone's reference. Thanks in advance. Please help as it's quite urgent.

);

do oyu use any kind of variable in your app?

This part of the message indicates that there's a mismatch between the expected type of a variable and the type you're trying to assign to it.

NO BRO, i am setting the date variable blank as well that's it. If i am using and i don't know how to trace it?
