Hello,
I'm creating an application in which the user has to choose an element in a control gallery and then in another screen pick some option corresponding to this element. The element he picked and the options are saved to another sharepoint list. The user will be redirected to the screen of the control gallery and I would like that the element he alredy picked to not be present anymore.
Here you can see the control gallery with a the first list as source from which the user can pick an activity. He wil then answer some question.
The activity and the answer are then saved in another list.
Here is the look of the other list in which are saved his answer.
For exemple if the user choose the first activity (element) of the gallery :1st level support scope, he will answer some question and the second list will be update with the activity and the answer.
How can I, when the user answer the question for an activity not have this activity in the control gallery? I thought of using maybe the second list and creat a condition in the display of the first list like: IF the activity is already present in the second don't display it ELSE display it. But I don't know where to put that condition and how to write it.
PS: I'm using this: "Distinct(Filter(Onsite_Deliveries_Catalog, Activity_x0020_family = Domain_Activity.Selected.Result), Title) ,with Title being the Activity, as item for the gallery.
Best Regards,
Bastien

Hi @Anonymous
How the relation is made between the Activities list and the Answer list ? Have you a lookup or maybe a Single line of text column with the name of the Activity ?
Other question, you don't want that behavior to be related to the user ? Like User1 answer the questions of ActivityA, so ActivityA is no longer in User1 Activity list, but still in User2 activity list until he answers the questions too ?
In my example, Activity and Answer are my 2 data sources. Each one has a column name ActivityName that contains the exact same string when Answer have been provided for an activity
You can use a filter like that :
ActivityGallery.Items : Filter(Activity,!(ActivityName exactin Answer.ActivityName))
Have not find a way to make this work with look up column yet.

Hello @tchin-nin,
Every data I use are in sharepoint lists. I will post screen of the application so far for my question to be more understandable.
The aim of the application is to have data on how the managers of my compnie are working. Their work methods.
I don't know why but my sreen have to be as attahement and not part of my text.
First I have 3 sharepoint lists I use. The first one would be the list with the users (managers):
The user will have to select himself in a gallery control and then the city and the site.
The user wil then access a screen where he will select the domain ativity and the activity he wants to update his way of working.
Everything come from the scond list teh activity list.
Once an activity selected the manager will have to pick what work method he uses for the activity he selected:
And id he intend to change is work method:
He can then "save" and everything he pick: the manager name, the city, the site, the domai activity, the activity, the actual variant (of work method), the futur variant, will be save usig the patch function in a third list creating a new lline with all those informations.
And then the user will be back in the menu where he selected the activity to edit.
BUT that's where I have to change something:
If a manager already picked up his work method for this activity, I want the activity not to be displayed. Or having something visual for him to know he already answer this.
I hope I've been more understandable.
