Displaying Dollar Values instead of Text

Here is the form fields and associated text fields.
I have tried to convert both number and text to show the value as US currency but without success.
How can I display the $ sybol.

 replace 1000 with your value reference.

Easiest way is to use an ampersand, for instance:

"$ " & ThisItem.Value

So this works for a label control but not the actual text input box that is associated with the currency field in SharePoint. 
"$ " & Text(DataCardValue75,"[$-en-US]0.00")

If this is a text input the user is typing into and you want it to always show a $ after they type into it you have to do something like settign its default to Switch(moneyVar, Blank(),Blank(), moneyVar) and then its onChange to something like UpdateContext({moneyVar: Text(Value(Self.Text), "0,0.00$")}) that shoudl have a blank default before they type, and after they type update the control to show what they had typed, but converted to money format

Is there a way to do a sum of all text fields and display the result in a label?

where I have text inputs 2-5,
