Drop down Value - Data not pulling all columns

I have my datasource as an Online Sharepoint List - I have 28 columns in the list but for "value" options in the I am missing the columns that in the list are drop down options.  I am also unable to figure out how to create a collection instead due to the lack of options in the value list.  I have tried to add a button and do "collect" and "clearcollect" but it never actually creates a new variable option.  

I have tried all the value options in case it was labeled differently from theh list title (which I know happens a lot in PowerBI) but I can't seem to figure it out.

Hi - @SAdamsSciencPM, what do you mean by "Value" options? Are you referring to SharePoint Choice Columns?

Hi @Amik  Yes, I can see all "value" options (my columns that have text such as "title") except for choice columns.  My Sharepoint List column "Division Ownership" has 4 options and I want to use it as a filter in the PowerApp but it isn't showing up as a value under the "items" selection.  I am guessing cause its choice but I don't know how to make it select from a record.  

I have a previously created app that uses "collections" but all instructions out there show going to "file" which is also gone now that they took away the legacy ribbon option.  I am pretty stuck.

My first and top rule always when Power Apping is I refuse to use complex columns. If you want a choice field just make a dropdown in PowerApps with your choices and store the selected choice as a string. This will make your life coding apps 1000x easier. Instead of dealing with lookups and choice columns just use the SharePoint Auto-generated unique ID column and for choice make dropdown.items -> ["Option 1","Option 2","Option 3"] these are the only choices teh user has and they have to other way to alter it so it has the same end results.

@SAdamsSciencPM - if that is all you want to do and assuming the SharePoint Choice field type is single choice, then you could:

1. Add a Combo Box control onto your screen

2. In the Items property: enter

Choices([@'Your Source Data'].'Division Ownership')

3.  In the Items property of your Gallery, enter:

Filter(
    'Your Source Data',
    'Division Ownership' = ComboBox.Selected.Value
)

I have never seen this before, choice column in SP list with simple text choices. Now in Canvas app, add dropdown control and it won't see the choices set in the SP list. Have worked with dropdowns many times in the past. Choices in the Items will not even allow me to select column name?!!
