The proposed solution will work, but because of language differences between you and other members of the community you are getting the error. What you need to do is replace the single semicolon (chaining operator for English) with a double semicolon (chaining operator for German):

Submitform(Form1);;
UpdateContext({varReset: false});;
UpdateContext({varReset: true})

I want if I have saved everything in sharepoint. and then someone eg HR comes late then I want the record of 06.05.2023 remains the same for all others and only HR is changed from "absent" to "late". is this possible? and how do I have to do it?

Nothing is wrong with the code if you are using European syntax and the error does not seem to be on this (there are no red lines showing in your post) - if you click on the "red cross" where does it take you ? I am offline shortly due to time zone - I will leave you with @BCBuizer.

Yes, all seems correct. I do see there is an error on both controls (the red circle with the white cross indicates that), so as @WarrenBelz  wrote, please click on that to take you to the property / formula that is causing the error. Then, please share the error text.

With regards to your request to be able to amend items afterwards, I have posted on that already in one of your previous topics (Solved: Re: Attendance app - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)). Please be aware that this requirement does not align with the requirement to reset all dropdowns after the initial form submission: either you see the record so you can edit it, or you don't see it and hence can't edit it.
