ERROR FROM TOKEN EXCHANGE. BAD AUTHORIZATION TOKEN. THE ACCESS TOKEN HAS EXPIRED

I have this error when using my apps, it happens many times in the day, and we have not made changes to the app, the last thing that was done was to update Power Apps on the tablets. Someone has the same problem or an idea how to solve it.

My app is a sign in / sign out app for staff. Reception staff monitor the app as they are based next to it. This morning (around 9:30 BST) they informed me that the error still occured earlier this morning. I checked the app store for any updates but there is nothing there. Has this update not reached the UK yet? Or is it not actually fixed?

Can you share your appId and sessionId?

 

Telemetry shows the claimed issue has disappeared. Maybe other causes trigger the error.

Telemetry shows the claimed issue has disappeared already. however, if you say, you are still encountering it.  Maybe something else be there.

Yah man, it WAS fixed when you first posted that it had been patched and only just began reoccuring sometime in last few days.

 

App ID for the App I made to test it is 4c8a238c-796a-4a3c-b059-8ca0e55760a5

 

Very simple, patch a single record into sharepoint via button, with a timer to track time powerapps has been open.

Of possible importance, the first time your team had fixed this issue it was occuring at just past the two hour mark, now with it's reoccurance it appears to begin around the horu mark, maybe hour twenty.

 

Tested it again for you guys this morning and session ID of the test was

I can confirm that the Problem still exists. I updated our Apps to the newest PowerApps version, readded all the connectors and so on, but we still get these ErrorMessages. Can you please fix it asap?

Hello. I followed the discussion from 1 year ago and I am experiencing the same problem now. The error is showing up on any device I use, be it for windows, android or ios. do you have any answers regarding this?

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!   This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
