Dear all,
I'm new to the technical side and Power Apps. I would like to do some basic small power apps in my idea. Currently, my Team end users are logged in using a web link. Is it possible to connect in Power Apps and share with end users? Users can require to access it the web links in Single Apps.
Is it possible in this Power App?
An example
I tried first basic connecting steps...:-) but here i need to URL Button module for Each Web Link. And will do beautiful apps. Can someone support and encourage me. please
Solved! Go to Solution.
@guna_win13 ,
Simply set like below steps..
1. Add one Text Box with HintText like my TextBox - HintText for reference what we do in TextBox... (not monitory)
2. Select Gallery --> Items Property --> Update your code like
Search(Finance_URL_Link,TextBoxName.Text,"Title")
or
Filter(Finance_URL_Link,TextInput6.Text in Title)
both coding output same. ignore delegation warning. coding working fine. no issues.
3. now you can put text in Search text box, below gallery filter as per your search text
See below image for your reference
This is simple step. I hope now your issue resolved.
without delegation error use below code
Filter(Finance_URL_Link,StartsWith(Title,TextInput6.Text))
File --> Setting --> General --> Data row limit --> type 2000

Hi @guna_win13 ,
you are going in right path... and you are said need to URL Button module for Each Web Link..
So, your weblink data card on select to write coding Launch().. it's self.
Like below or you can use > button to write coding Launch(WebURLDatacard.text)
Or just hide web url link and display only Finance_URL like only Google, Youtube, Wiki only... On select to place Lanch(ThisItem.URL_Link). It's seeing look like better.
I hope now you got your needs.

@AsanKani - Really sorry for that, basically I am New to this Power App. So that I Couldn't complete this basic task immediately. i try this all three way is failed...
Why its not running in my Apps. or there is no any option to connect Share lint URL via Power Apps.
or is this easy way to create Button and add URL . Kindly advice.
Hi Sir, Now its working basic step is successfully running, but i have few question here.
1. I have track all the Web Browser Link in share point List then that the List will connect by Power Apps. is it Doable ??? Reason for this. we will Make Filter Type, Like Finance Team Link and HR Team Link like way....
2. or directly create a Button and add URL in this Button then share this Power App Link to share the Dept Users,?
which is the easiest and best Way. Typicall i dont have knowledge about Power App sharing to End-User, if its require access to all End-User. where i will provide instant access to entire Dept User?
@guna_win13 it's really very simple. Don't worry.. I will guide you
First step you need to add your SharePoint list data to PowerApps.. Like below steps
Where is your SharePoint list? select that site and choose a list (your Finance url list)
Add gallery...
Data source to set your finance url list
add your required field (Already you did above all steps, i think).. Now you can view gallery like below
Now select your gallery --> go On Select field type Launch(ThisItem.URL_Link)
Now you can select which one that's automatic open your URL Link page....
This is a first method..
if you need to not like above method.. same step follow except Gallery On select... (except above snap)
you need to click button to view or navigate your URL link page means add one button with in gallery / Use > icon to add Same Launch Coding like below snap
now press button / > icon to open web url...
I hope now your understand, what do you need to do...
Give it a Thumbs Up to appreciate my reply, it's make me smile 😌

@AsanKani I was sick for the past two days, so I apologize for the delay.
You are my God, Thank you so much for this basic and wonderful teaching skills information. I used this method and developed this step. Based on your experience, please advise on how to make BEAUTIFUL apps that end users can share. I have classifications on my site, how can I add that filter option. Due to the fact that I have more than 45 URLs, I cannot display all of them on the same screen.
Please help me, sir.
