Error Call Flow PowerApps Disconnected to Connected Device

I experienced an error from PowerApps. When call a Flow:

1- Disconnnect the data of device, on Flight Mode, Open PowerApps app, next connect again to live data

2- Sync my data with sharepoint datasource, good. 

3- When call a flow fron code: XXXX.Run();; the error comes and cannot invoke flow, the code's app stop executing.

Alway happen when the device from Flight Mode Off to On, Live Data, its like the connection to Flow invoke dont refresh.

Is anybody workaround for refresh the flow call before calling Run( ) function from PowerApps? anyone has experienced this issue?

Could you please share a bit more about the error message within your app?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side (PowerApps Mobile App version: 3.19112.22, iOS version: 13.2.3), and don't have the issue that you mentioned. When switch the Flight Mode from Off to On within my iOS Mobile device, it would display a message shows that "Internet Connected", when I call the flow again, it fires well.

Currently, there is no way to refresh flow connection within a PowerApps app. Please check if the version of PowerApps Mobile App in your Mobile device is the latest version, if not, please upgrade it to the latest version, then try your app again, check if the issue is fixed.

Also please consider take a try to run your app using different Mobile devices, then check if same issue would show up. Please make sure the flow is not turned off within your Flow Environment.
