Error adding a custom page to Field Service Mobile

I am trying to import a custom page in Field Service Mobile. When I select the ‘Use an existing custom page’ and click Add I’m getting the following error:

‘Page does not exist in this app.’

 

If I ignore and save/publish and try and access the page, I get the following error: 

‘Child Canvas app is not found in root app manifest’

Anyone have any ideas why the custom page can't be found and added?

I'm experiencing this as well.

I think I stumbled on a work-around.

I ignored the error and continued working on other parts of the app.  After a little while, it suddenly started working.  I added more custom pages and did more testing and found that after adding a custom page, I had to publish both the page and the app three or four times before the error messages would stop.

So I guess if it's not working for you, just spam that Publish button for a while?

The workaround I discussed with Microsoft support was to add another existing dummy custom page, publish, delete, add the correct custom page and publish.

Which is basically the same thing, mess about till it works! Not great, but it worked

Having the same issue, I've been creating dummy pages for a while now and I still am getting that error...

Child Canvas app is not found in root app manifest

Although I did add it to the app.
