Error with Book a Room

Hi guys,

I work on a new project for my job, we would like to use the application called : "Book a Room".

But we have got a problem, the script is broken, we think, look this :

(I am french, and the application is in french)

The error is on V2CALENDARPOSTITEM, it's written "we use the bad table".

So i think the problem is : the application use the bad calendar, we work with a organization group and many rooms we created for that, the book a room must to targer the calendar of a room.

Please check if all your data sources in this app are connected correctly. If not, please first fix the connection. 

I just tested to created a Book a Room template app, and I do not have your issue. Please try to create a new one and test.

All data sources are connected correctly. it's possible it doesn't work cause i'm not admin of rooms ? I'm a user in my organization, it's a admin who created the rooms.

Hi @Matt68 in researching your issue I found something that may be helpful. Another user was having trouble with the V2CalendarPostItem function.

Here is the post that may be helpful:

"The Office365.CalendarGetTables().value function returns a list of calendars sorted alphabetically.  Although the first calendar on one tenant was "Calendar", on the other tenant is was "Birthdays".

Solution?  Simple really, in the dropdown advanced settings make the default value "Calendar", this retrieves the relevant ID.

Summary:

Create a dropdown control.

Make its datasource Office365.CalendarGetTables().value,

Make its value DisplayName

choose default value "Calendar".

Make a button and put this into Onselect

Office365,V2CalendarPostItem(Dropdown1.Selected.Name,"Test Appointment","01/01/2018 10:00","01/01/2018 11:00")"

I think we have not the same problem, cause I need to access at calendars of my organization (Meeting room) and I don't see meeting rooms in PowerApps. 

Summary:

Create a dropdown control. Where do I put him ?

Make its datasource Office365.CalendarGetTables().value,

Make its value DisplayName

choose default value "Calendar".

Make a button and put this into Onselect Same for this.
