Hej amazing power community

This is not a how-to but rather a how-long-will-it-take question to estimate the effort that would be needed to realize an automation idea. Since we have no experienced Power App Makers within the country i would love to ask this community for a guess.

The idea in words:
For all orders that are booked in store with a co-worker (most likely cognos report data) we want to make sure that there is no open SAC for this order (again we assume theres a cognos report for that). If no SAC is open and the order is fully delivered we would like to get the following information to finalize a personalized call for feedback;
Customer Name
Customer Address
Co-worker ID (to identify which precreated content - we have to use)

Its fully sufficient if the cognos data is pulled (manually) once a week and the process is manually triggered once a week.

The Customer's name will be handwritten so just showing it is sufficient. The address could also be printed on a sticker to further automate that step (only putting the sticker on an envelope) or otherwise just displayed so it can be handwritten as well. 

Currently, we are in the process of finding out if such automation makes sense, if it's realistic and - here I need your help - how much effort it would be to create it.

Can you share your estimates of how much time you would need to create something like this? From a gut feeling we would assume it takes around a week for an MVP and around a month until it shines - is that realistic considering the actual maker has 0 experience and will create his first PowerApp to realize this idea?
