Excel Online (Business) connector, setup not showing all items in folder

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Power Apps and I'm trying to understand why I can't find my Excel file when setting the up the connection.

I'm using the Excel Online (Business) connector (file is store on Sharepoint) , I can browse to the required folder but then, the file doesn't show up.... it's not on the list.

Actually, there's a bunch of stuff that doesn't show up, there's more than 350 items in that folder.

I guess there's some kind of limit (try to search the internet.... didn't find what I was looking for)

I tried to connect to another Excel file in another folder of the same general path : works fine.

I'm trying to use the option : "Enter the location of your Excel document" but I always got a error.

I'm clearly missing something here.... please enlighten me

For me the channel of the team wasn't even showing up. I entered the info manually, maybe that works for you (Maybe that's already what you did when you wrote you used the option "enter the location of you excel document).

I opened the channel via teams with "open in sharepoint", then clicked on "Start" and copied the url from that site. Pasted it into the field of the connector that says "Location". Then I just entered "Documents" in the field "Document Library" (apparently it's the same for all channels if you didn't make a dedicated custom document location in the channel. On the linked topic above there's an comment mentioning that). Then I entered "/channelname/filename" in the field "File" (replace channelname with the name of the channel and filename with the name of your file incl. extension).

Actually, my issue is when I'm trying to add and configure the connector in the Power Apps IDE, it doesn't show in the : 

But I'm able to specify the path and file name when I create/setup a step in Power Automate.

I've tried to use the same info (from Power Automate) and put it in the first box in Power Apps.... to no avail.

I can't find the right format to use in that box.
