Expense Report- Delegation Warning

Hi, Hope you are well. I need help with expense report. This is my first app, I used the template and added my SharePoint list and fixed the errors, both app and flow is working fine, but i have delegation warning.

Please help me resolve it.

2. I want to add a camera control to take picture of receipts and save it to SharePoint list, how do I achieve this

1. Delegation Warning - If retrieving data is within the limit then you can ignore the warning. But still, we can fix the delegation warning. Please share the code that gets a warning. I will help to fix it.

2. Shane has a good video that you are looking for.

Add-on: We can also AI builder to scan the receipts automatically when you add receipts to Sharepoint using AI Builder form processing. This costs extra.

Hi @Anonymous 

By default, Powerapps has a Data row limit of 500 and can be extended to Max 2000. If your query gets within this limit then your app works fine. Some users things this warning disturbing then fix the warning. But both have the same result. It's all based on the filter query condition whether it's delegable or not.

Send me only code, I will fix it and then you can replicate it to others.

Again delegation is based on the data source as well. This MS article describes the delegation.

2. for the camera problem, I have added the camera and a button.

Button Onselect is 

Set(varName,GUID());Collect(colImages,{DisplayName: varName & ".jpg",Id: varName & ".jpg",Value:Camera1.Photo});

Then the attachment datacard, Default and Update  is set to colImages. 

But when i click save and submit the attachment is not updating into sharepoint list.

Save: SubmitForm(NewLineItemForm);SubmitForm(NewLineItemExpenseStatusForm);Set(SelectedReport,LookUp(Expenses,ID=SelectedReport.ID));Navigate(ViewReport,None)

Submit: SubmitForm(ViewReportEditForm); ApproveExpense.Run(SelectedReport.ID);Navigate('My Expenses',ScreenTransition.None)

Should i do anything here so that the attachment is saved to sharepoint list.
